Do you want some strawberries? It is summertime at last and there are wonderful strawberries in season. Mia and I had so much fun doing different photos and this one is her holding some strawberries. I love using the color red in my photos because it really catches your eye. How better to use the color red in the summertime but by including some strawberries. She was so good about holding them so I could also see her red shoes in the background.
Mia is such good little model and a joy to photograph.

Danielle is the sister of my makeup artist Nicol. She was also part of the Fashion/Beauty session with Nicol. I just had to post some of her beautiful pictures as well.

Nicol is a very talented makeup artist I use for my beauty/boudoir and high school girl senior clients. We decided to have some fun and set up a beauty/fashion photo session along with her sister. Nicol applied the makeup and her sister Danielle did hair. We had a great time styling the session using lots of jewelry and clothes changes. I think every woman is beautiful and I love capturing that beauty. It certainly is not hard with Nicol’s talent as a makeup artist. Here are few photos of beautiful Nicol taken during that session.

I love working with seniors because it is so fun to get photos that reflect your personality and interests. With your energy and my knowledge of how to get great photos it is a winning combination. I am listing a few girl senior photos for example.

Little newborn Tevin is 7 days old in these pictures He is so adorable and an incredibly good sleeper. The family lives in Buckley(mom/baby in Twisp) and is involved with logging so we arranged a photo with props to reflect this. Welcome to the world little Tevin. I am so glad we got to play.

I did a photo session with Jerilyn as a warrior fairy princess in the my woods. We both had so much fun. Jerilyn was an excellent model and took my direction quite well. I later discovered she is deathly afraid of spiders but she
braved the woodsy location like a trouper. By the way, luckily she did not see any spiders during the session. I wanted a strong moody feel to the photos which I think comes through. I did have a struggle with the sun spots in the woods but all in all I am very happy with the photos. Check them out and feel free to leave a comment.
