I don’t offer newborn sessions anymore but I will do them once in a while for those I know or if you twist my arm a little(LOL). Here are a couple from one of my latest sessions one with mom and one with mom and dad. I love to have these in B&W so to show the emotional connection they have with each other.
I photographed the Heller family on a very cold morning. The kids were so patient and willing to brave the cold with short breaks to warm themselves a little by wearing their coats. Mom said they moved here from North Dakota so they were used to the cold. They were such great kids. I love this photo of them on the couch this is what I captured when I asked them to look at each other. It really shows their personalities.
These photos are “The Girls” from one of my family portrait sessions taken this summer on my property. The road they are walking along actually is the driveway back to my home studio. It is a bit bumpy but I have been fighting not to have it paved so I can use it for photos. Both these girls are so beautiful and cute. It is hard to believe I did a newborn session with the littlest one and now she is already 2 years old. I am sure I will post others from this session soon.
Tonya and Jeff from Puyallup really wanted to update their family’s photo this year. It was a really a hot day in the 90’s but it turned out okay since we scheduled later in the day when it had cooled down. One of the places we photographed during the session was a country road in Buckley where I had them all walk along holding hands. I also had to include another photo I took to show some fun with the family all jumping. I think they got some good air.
