I have photographed the adorable Cristian since he was a newborn. It is so wonderful to photograph him every year and see him grow and blossom. Cristian has the best memory I have ever seen in a child. He remembers everything we did at last year’s session and more.(example-Last year I had left my vacuum cleaner at the end of the hall and this year he wanted to know where it was since it was no longer there. Amazing! Anyway, we had fun playing with different toys, musical instruments and I had to have him paint since that is what he did last year(at his request). We also went outside for a few photos in the extreme cold and fog, but I think the pictures turned out so cute of him until his nose got red from the cold. Time to go inside and warm up!
I was very privileged to photograph little Tevin’s newborn session and now he has grown to 6 months old. He is a very happy baby and was able to tolerate me putting him in a box and wearing various hats. His session was at Christmas so that is the reason for the santa hat. I am looking forward to photographing Tevin as he continues to grow.
Kristi scheduled a Desire Portrait(glamour/boudoir)session so she would have a wonderful gift for her husband to be. The wedding is to be this coming summer and her beautiful photos in a custom designed album will be the perfect way to surprise her fiance. SHH, it is a surprise so don’t tell him. These sessions are one of my favorites to photograph. It is such a thrill for me to be part of capturing the inner and outer beauty of a woman. Of course, I have to mention that the beautiful makeup was done by the very talented Nicol Wulkowicz. I have to say, I could not do these sessions without her. Nicol is so nice and easy to work with plus I am so lucky to have her live just down the street from me. I highly recommend her for any need you may have to look just gorgeous at any event. There are quite a few wonderful photos from Kristi’s photo session but it is always so fun to see the “before and after” photos to start.
It is so amazing to me how time moves so quickly. It is the beginning of 2013 and typically it is a time to make resolutions and set goals for the new year. I am not one for making resolutions but I have decided to make 2013 a year for focusing on the being happy in the moment. Maybe if I do this, I can enjoy life more and somehow even slow down time by enjoying each moment rather then always focusing on certain events upcoming in the future. I don’t know, but it is worth a try. Although I am really looking forward to the Seahawks playoff game this Sunday! WhoHoo! GO Hawks! Sorry, I digress.
Anyway, my wish for all of you over the next year is that 2013 will be filled with happy memories, moments, love and laughter.
I also want to thank my customers so much for trusting me to capture your moments and hopefully creating some happy memories.
